The moving image is the subject to test and study in this workshop. Two sharewares are helpful to make some GIF animations. They are "GIF Constrauction Set" and "GIX-Pro". The music will automatically start, because the midi file of the tune named "HOPE" is attached. If your PC does not have a sound board in it, you may see a error message on the screen.
